I am seeking a place file for Water Vapor Imagery. Is there one to be found that I have overlooked?

All 16 bands of the GOES satellite data are available. Channel / band 9 is what you'd want for Water Vapor imagery.

You can search "GOES" under "Gibson Ridge" and choose either West or East.
