KLAN 5-minute METAR

The KLAN temp/DP sensor has been out for a few days. The normal METAR plot shows them as missing, but the 5-min data shows temp/DP just fine?

  The information is included in the CSV from MADIS so there is little to nothing that we can do.

  Is the data in a form that you can copy some of the "violators" :) so I can send to them?

  The sensor is working now :) If you keep the older data it's in the morning's set.

  GR2AE 1210Z ob shows 64F temp, -78F DP, and winds gusting to 293mph. Seems off :)

  I made some changes to make the temperature no longer display. It looks like that was definitely a bug. However, MADIS is providing a dew point (290.149994) and that will be appearing.

  I wonder if Daryl is just discarding dew point if there is no temperature? He could also be using the QC parameters in the MADIS decoder; we don't use these.
