I am inserting the correct information into the login box, but it keeps saying it is incorrect. I even checked and logged in online.

Mark Roberson It does the same with me, is it because you haven't purchased a radar application from Allison house? -
Darren McMicken Same thing is happening to me too.
-
Anthony Crespo The instructions state that you need to purchase, which I did.
I am able to log into Allison house via computer but not my phone?

Andrea Gregg I am having an issue with unable to log into Allison House via RadarScope. I put in my email and then I put in my password. I get an error saying Login Failed Your username or password was incorrect. I am using the same email and password that I used to create my Allison House account.

Terrence Sammon Same problem here on a Samsung Galaxy Mega smartphone. Double checked, everything correct. Does work just fine on my Amazon Kindle Fire HD and on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 tablet.
-
Joseph Stika I am having the same issue on the iOS version of radarscope. -
Terrence Sammon Further update, removed program, re-downloaded from Google Play, re-installed still same problem. I really feel the Samsung phone is not compatable, oh well! I am using RS on my Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet at this very moment while I am on a large wildfire in CA> Works fine.

James Lenox My AllisonHouse login credentials are successful on the following environments / device integrations:
- AllisonHouse.com [confirmed success on multiple OS platforms and browsers]
- RadarScope 2.1.2 (13278) on iOS 7.1.1 [confirmed success on 3 devices]
- RadarScope 2.1.2 (13278) on iOS 6.1.6 [confirmed success on 1 device]
My AllisonHouse login credentials are NOT successful (login failed) on the following environments / device integrations:
"Login Failed: Your username or password was incorrect."
- RadarScope 2.1.6 on Android 4.1.2 (HP TouchPad) [login failed on 2 devices]
- RadarScope 2.1.6 on Android 4.4.2 (2nd gen Asus Nexus 7) [login failed on 1 device]
Previously, you were able to "activate" your AH account for RadarScope application on each device by following these steps, but this method no longer works.
- Open http://allisonhouse.com/rs/customer/ using your web browser.
- Log in using your AllisonHouse username and password.
- Tap the “Click Here to Load Account Info into RadarScope” link.

Hopefully there is some easy solution to this?

James Lenox For anyone still having this issue, my problem was an unsupported character in my password.
Android devices apparently use a different character key code set, and some symbols/characters aren't translated correctly.
TLDR: Change your password
-
Michael Doyle Same problem with iPhone 5s and iMac running 10.9.3
I've tried changing the password, and still getting "Your e-mail or password was incorrect."

Permanently deleted user If you're using the correct username and password and your account is active. You should NOT be seeing any issues. If you are, please send our support team an email so we can troubleshoot on why you may be seeing issues. Thanks!

Terrence Sammon Many thanks to James Lenox (above) for the "clue" to a solution! Samsung Galaxy Mega smartphone was setup using SwiftKey keyboard. Changed back to the basic Samsung keyboard and logged right into Allison House. Evidently the SwiftKey keyboard sends a special character???? Anyway all is good now. Thanks again.

Mary Jackson I am getting the login error on both Radar Alive Pro and RadarScope. I am using a Galaxy 3 with Android 4.4.2
So which app is the problem?
-
Jeffrey Halverson I am having this exact same problem - the login error - with RadarScope on OSX on my MacBook Pro. I have submitted a help request and hope that this can be resolved quickly.
-
Tom Ring I tried it with both RadarScope and PYKL3. No joy on either.
-
Dalton Van Stratten I do subscribe, I don't have a difficult password, and I'm still not able to log into AllisonHouse on RadarScope on my iPhone 6. Been that way for a while. Please keep me updated if anyone finds a resolution.
