Gilbert Sebenste Andrew,
Wow, I am sorry for the very late reply. As soon as the NWS makes it available to us after they upgrade their radars. Due to hardware and software delays by the manufacturer, the dual-pole radars have been delayed until further notice, and the NWS still hasn't given us a date as to when that will happen.

Daniel McGee NWS MHX posted this on their RSS feed today. Is this still the schedule?

Andrew Andrew Thanks guys.

Gilbert Sebenste Yes. They are one of the few "beta" sites due to get it. We know of that one, but even the betas are up in the air. That's the only one I've officially seen so far.

I just posted that update to the blog. The word I now have is that therollout is delayed until further notice due to software and hardware issues with the builder of the radars.

Ryan Hickman Dual Polarization is supported as each radar site rolls it out. Once the radar maintenance has been completed, typically the radar is brought back online within 3-7 days. Dual Pol may not be immediately available once the radar has come online - several other factors determine when the data will start getting sent to providers such as AllisonHouse.
