How To Change Lightning Icons

How do I make a make a custom icon sheet for the USPLN placefiles? I have made several lightning icons and just can't seem to figure it out.

Easiest way is to go to the lightning customization page and right click/save one of the icon sheets. Then edit each of the icons to what you want.

Each icon is 30x30 pixels. You'll see that the iconsheet has 4 icons across which makes the iconsheet 120 pixels wide

how do you edit the already made icon sheet?

right click and save the image and edit it in whatever paint program you want
