Customization of CWOP,APRS and MESONET Observations

Regarding setting up the above customizations, instead of creating a list of stations to include, having an option to EXCLUDE certain stations might be a useful alternative.
My loading all the stations from the various placefiles, one can see stations that contain (just about everytime) bad data OR one can see where there are two or more stations in very close proximity, allowing the user to omit one of more of those stations.
