Some of the state boundaries are incorrect as seen in the Northern Portions of Illinois around the lake and Indiana.
Also note, Im not sure if it is a bug or just not a feature anymore but, how can I view counties without being zoomed in all the way down to the 1-2 County line before the lines show up?
This is due to each state's water rights. We're aware of this "issue" around bodies of water. Unfortunately, we aren't the creators of the data and can't readily "fix" these discrepancies.
I can break out the counties into a separate base layer that would allow you to toggle them without a zoom restriction. I'll see if I can get that in the next release.
