The ability to resize, minimize, &/or move the Control Panel around the Maps Window. Perhaps it could be made part of the Overlay Data Menu Window. Then when the Data Overly Menu Window is minimized, the Control Panel would minimize with it.

Ryan Hickman My resolution to this is in progress. I should have it completed within the next day or two.
Icons: Minimize, Shrink/Expand, Close
Actions:
Minimize - Removes the Forecast HUD but not the products.
Shrink - Removes the slider and animation controls.
Expand - Shows the slider and animation controls.
Close - Removes the Forecast HUD AND any of that model's products.We will be looking into a way to recover the Forecast HUD after it has been minimized. Currently you will be forced to select another product from that model for it to re-appear.
We chose this method because of the complexity of the UI/UX on various devices. For consistency and since this is a web application, we would prefer to not make things entirely different when switching from desktop to mobile.
